Together with our partners at Trendfactory, we served as the exclusive catering partner for an international innovation and technology conference. Approximately 1,700 international guests experienced a unique culinary concept that embodied the guiding principle “Global Taste – Berlin-based” and combined Berlin classics with international influences.
During the day, our Global Village Kitchen served as the culinary centerpiece of the expo. Various food stations reflected the event’s different thematic worlds, combining Berlin classics with international influences. Modern takes on Königsberger Klopse were paired with smørrebrød, chana bowls, and watermelon ceviche prepared live. The menu was rounded out by beef and portobello burgers, as well as dessert stations featuring Belgian waffles, fruit fries, and ice cream from a Berlin-based artisanal producer. All dishes were tailored to the event format and could be easily enjoyed while standing.
In the evening, the Arena transformed into an atmospheric night market. International street food classics met Berlin BBQ culture and open grill stations. Live-carved roast beef, slow-cooked beef ribs from the smoker, and vegetarian and vegan alternatives were complemented by summery salads and modern dessert creations, bringing the event to a culinary close.
We would like to thank our partners at Trend Factory for their trusting and collaborative partnership. We are delighted to have once again been part of an international event that uniquely combines innovation, international exchange, and culinary excellence.
